Amazing customer service! The staff here are incredibly patient and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and, when the first design wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, they kindly redid it without any hesitation. No rushing, no attitude—just professionalism and care. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were, and the final result was perfect. Highly recommend this salon if you value great service and attention to detail!

I would give them 0 if that was an option, on Sunday 28th my mother, my 4 daughters (two of them teenagers) and myself went there for new years nails, the experience was so bad none of us were happy with the work, for example, the person who did my mother’s nails did such a bad job that the owner had to redo them, my mom was constantly asking her to not make them so thick, she showed her the exact shape she wanted and she still got the shape she said she didn’t like and the thickest nails I’ve seen in my life! My honest experience, Saturday, 12/20/25 3:00pm, My 1st time, came for a relaxing pedicure, BUT, the woman was rushing, & clipped CUT THE SIDE OF MY TOE with the nail clippers it hurt like hell, I'm posting this 2 days later & the side of my toe is still sore with pain.
