NEW does not care about neighboring homes established lawns. They went well over the marked lot line onto our property in several spots with a skid steer and tore up our lawn. We reached out for them to fix our lawn and it has still not been taken care of. Even after we contacted the company the first time about the skid steer on our property a couple days later it was back on our lawn.
This is the landscaper we have for our association. I pay a monthly fee for the service. The bush in front of my house, weeds along side my driveway, dead spots by my sidewalk and several bad spots in my backyard

I’m sorry you feel this way. I gave a bid to the association to replace all the shrubs. Some where cut out this because of the budget. The association decides where to spend the money not us. You also pay your monthly fee to them not us. As far as the crabgrass and weeds in the lawn it’s been a dry and hot summer which is ideal for crabgrass and weeds especially next to the concrete where it can get very hot and thin the lawn out. Worst investment of our lives. Our contract stated the job would take 1-2 days weather permitting. In total the project took roughly 4 weeks (5 ½ working days) Weather and staffing shortages were used as a reason: however, there were several, dry, sunny days and your crews were not present at our site. Think twice before picking this company. Employee from NEW ran a stop sign on a bus, and almost hit my 6year old son. The punk who drives the white pick up had no remorse for his actions. If they are doing work at your house. Lock your doors. Keep an extra eye on your children. " so they don't get hit by a truck"
