I would not recommend renting from NLE. I was a tenant at 2 of their buildings over the course of 3 years. The maintenance crews were skilled and polite, but management didn't seem to give them appropriate tools/funding to really take care of the buildings. The buildings themselves are of average to below average quality. Management just barely meets expectations.
