The lady that did my nails was so rude. I moved and she slightly yanked my hand towards her then kept making little smart remarks. Didn’t start “being nice” until she was almost finished then didn’t even say thank you after I paid ( because she wanted a tip after she was rude the entire time) & even though I said hey.. VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE!! I came in New Years Eve 12/21/24. I requested simple gel manicure on natural nails. My manicurist gives me the worst (base) coat job ever, as the bottle was empty. I noticed the bristles spreading because they were very dry. She proceeds to polish my nails and finished with...THE SAME BOTTLE with the dry bristles. I immediately asked her about it and she flat out lied saying it was a different bottle. One was base..the other was top coat. I am POSITVE it was the same bottle! I Highly recommend New Lady Nails for Pedicure manicure. I come away every time feeling like New. The staff is very very good and professional.
