I have been coming here for years was always very happy had a great lady do my pedicure. They gave me jenny for my manicure. Had the worst experience ever! Very rough told her I am super sensitive to be careful she called me names continued being rough and nicked me really badly. Then was upset when I didn’t tip her.
NEW KOKOMO IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been using this place for a couple years they are the best!!!!! Especially jenny!!! Every time I go I love how it comes out! Thank you for being the best place to go!!!
This was the worst pedicure experience I hadve ever had. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was dead, I should have known then. The pedicure area is gorgeous but the lady Jenny who did my pedicure was absolutely terrible. Basically.. I paid $30 for her to put nail polish on. She barely cleaned my cuticles and my feet were still rough . I asked her about callus remover and she said it was $10 extra ! Every other place I ever went to used that! We have come here for more than a year. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, courteous, and patient. We are very happy with the quality of service.
