I have had nothing but issues with the roof that was installed. I had to have them already address a ventilation issues. Now I have another issue from their fix that made the room bad in an area. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out for them to come service the roof that’s under warranty. No one returns my call or someone takes my number, says some one is going to call and no one does. Be careful using them. Still trying to this day and it’s been 3 months now.

They knocked at my door since they were working in the area, and I got them the chance to inspect my roof. They told me that hail is weird and that sometimes it may destroy a house and do nothing to the next door, they found dents to my gutters and vents at the roof, and since I had a 3k deductible, it did not make sense to file a claim. We used New Kingdom Public Adjusters after our building got a leak due to the snow; we did the job sent the invoices to our Insurance, and denied our claim; we were on the hook with a bill over 150 K . Our contractor was pretty cooperative, but they did not know how to handle insurance claims. We were referred to New Kingdom, and they fought for us for over eight months until we got our Insurance to refund the time we spent repairing the property.
