I never thought that after all our previous horrible experiences that I would be able to have peace of mind leaving my mom at any place besides The Elder Care Day Stay. I was beyond burned out taking care of my mom on my own for so long and desperately took a chance at respite care at New Journeys. It was the first break I've had in six years!
