They are known to neglect their elderly patients. Very disrespectful staff members and unsanitary conditions. They will act in retaliation against the families of those who have been admitted into their care if you have to transfer facility homes or keep in contact with them to ensure tailored care is provided. P.S. they just replied acting as though my comment is fraudulent but I have video surveillance of my family members entering their building. I can post it if required for validation purposes. We are so happy we were able to find a place for Dad to stay. He's been there two weeks, and so far, it's been a great experience. Teresa is so kind, helpful and knowledgable about this whole world of assisted living, and every staff member I've talked to has been cheerful and welcoming. Recommended

5 Stars New Journey Residential Home Care in Tallahassee, Florida has truly been a blessing for our family. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my mom — and now my father as well.
