I've been going here for back massage for years. I get that they aren't licensed for that, but lately they keep giving me the same older lady who basically just grabs my skin and pulls it, all without a drop of lotion. She uses quick jerky motions and never massages the same spot for longer than two seconds before moving to pull or poke the next area. A child could do better.
