The doctors are awesome, the staff at the counter treat you like dirt, not just me, I listen to the woman behind the counter be rude, short and curt to everyone she encounters, I understand a bad day, but it's every time I'm in here, I understand a stinky job, but these are people you are dealing with, who probably don't want to be here in the first place, a little bit of patience, kindness and friendliness wouldn't hurt,
