Tried to schedule my father’s follow up within the 7 days they wanted to see him back. I called every day twice a day and was told several times there weren’t any appointments available but “it would be escalated” and I would hear back within 24-48 hours. It has been 6 days, so I guess he will not be appropriately seen within the 7 days that they wanted to see him. Extremely stressful and sad trying to care for someone when his care team does not care.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this medical practice. The level of care here is abysmal. The doctors are not only terrible but also grossly incompetent. I firmly believe that doctors in third world countries could provide better care. From the moment I walked in, my concerns were completely disregarded. I’m blessed to have Doctor Dorsey. Unlike some of the others. He really cares, listens, he will do what ever is possible to make life comfortable. If your in need of a urologist? You can’t find any better. He has his own secretary & calls are returned quickly. Never a bums rush. He takes time to listen & is hands on non stop.
