Sandy is extremely dishonest and a thief. She refuses to give information concerning our Townhouse. She can't be trusted and I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT use her services. She only cares about money and will even lie under oath so she can rob people that she works for. She doesn't hold meetings or share important information that homeowners have a legal right to view. If anyone sees this message please help shut this crooked operation down ASAP!
This company was paid monthly to manage a multitude of units across several properties. They allowed said properties to fall into disrepair, failed to collect rents, and failed to repair major issues with each property. They failed to provide access for PSE&G and city water inspectors, resulting in fines and damages to two properties. When pressed to show apartments and find tenants, the licensed real estate agent's response was "I'll put a sign in the window".
