Great massages & LOVE the sauna & cold plunge!
From the very start of the service Ashleigh was so amazing. I went over all of my problem areas with her and she made sure she worked on them thoroughly as well as talking me thru why she was targeting specific areas. Im pretty sure this is the best massage I’ve ever received. Ashleigh was so knowledgeable. She even gave me stretches to implement daily to help with my tension. Honestly the best masseuse / massage I’ve ever experienced. Melissa is top of her game. No nonsense - works so hard - she’s professional and high positive energy. Once you experience Melissa and NJ SPORTS MASSAGE… you’ll never need nor want another spa massage anywhere else … EVER. HIGHLY recommend Melissa and certainly anyone she has trained working for her. The sauna / cold plunge is beautiful and rejuvenating too - Josh guided me for my 1st “plunge” … excellent. The entire space is spotless too. Love it 😍
