Unpleasant energy and a lack of consistency between sessions with the massage therapist — she was inattentive and there was a delay at the start of my last appointment, communication felt cool, spotty, and disengaged this time around, and the overall atmosphere was noticeably less welcoming than in previous visits. Despite the last massage being technically good, the massage therapist’s intake, tableside manner, and concluding interactions are why I will not be returning.
I’ve never had a sports massage before, always been curious and I finally booked an appointment. My therapist was Ashleigh and she was wonderful. Understood my pain points and she accordingly worked on the muscles that are the root cause and educated me on what may have been affecting me. I never felt this much relief before and I will be definitely coming back. If you’ve had general massage without any results, give this a try. It’s much more different and targeted.

I had an amazing experience with my sports massage appointment! Katrina did an incredible job and was so sweet, kind, and professional. She took the time to ask me questions, listen to my concerns, and really focused on all the areas where I was experiencing pain and stiffness. I left feeling so relieved and much better than when I walked in. She also did cupping and scraping, which she did an amazing job with.
