Gary and his team were the definition of professionalism. Gary was like a bloodhound finding every crack in the foundation that the seller tried to cover up. He stayed in contact even after his report was done after he realized that the seller tried to hide some major plumbing issues. Thanks to Gary I was able to get a $15K seller’s credit and even came away from closing with a $2,000 dollar check.
