I have been a client for about 28 years. As with anyone with a hearing loss, there needs to be patience and time in order to evaluate and fully understand all the concepts of new hearing aids. As a client, I am appreciative of Dr. Merchant's willingness to insert me into her busy schedule when I need new mapping or have questions on the hearing aids. They should be ashamed of themselves. They do not accept any insurance to evaluate children for Central Auditory Processing and charge $850 for the evaluation. That is insane!!!
