Thank you Dr. Smith & Dr. Leahy for coming to help Dr. Tiffany save Metro’s life last night🙏🏻. He is happy today & eating the grass I have been picking for him. Thank you again😊
Best equine vets on the east coast. Knowledgable, caring and compassionate. Beautiful facility.
Dr. Leahy was great when treating my gelding for a cut on his third eyelid this past weekend. She quickly diagnosed the problem and kept me optimistic as she treated it with a minor surgery. His eye looked significantly better immediately following the procedure and it was hard to tell which eye was injured when I went out to treat it with antibiotics the very next day. On a personal note, I grew up riding with Liz and I cannot think of anyone more passionate about horses and the veterinary profession than her. She genuinely... read more
My mare has had a number of trips to NJ Equine Clinic over the years, and despite the stress that often comes with her medical issues, I am always instantly relieved to know that when she is at NJ Equine, she is in the best hands with the best care. Dr. Jen Smith and Dr. Elisabeth Leahy have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and their dedication to their patients is unquestionable. They have been so helpful, and are always open to taking calls and answering questions. On a personal note, I had the pleasure of growing up ... read more
I brought my quarter horse Zoey to Dr Smith with a chronic leg injury. Dr Smith & all her staff are beyond amazing! Any questions or concerns I had were always answered. I love that they keep you informed with phone calls after bandage changes. They take amazing care of the horses! Will be bringing my girl back in the future if any more issues happen. They rate way above 5 stars!!!
Very knowledgeable and nice staff! Helped find the cause of my horses lameness. Very thankful and happy I brought my boy there.
Have gone to NJ Equine for multiple issues with my senior horse. They always offer the best care possible!
I brought my POA mare to see Dr. Smith for a lameness exam to help find some relief from Navicular. After two years of off and on lameness and, multiple vets in different states, Dr. Smith has my pony looking the best she ever has! In addition to the amazing care she received, Dr. Smith and her team were so kind to my pony while she was there. That was hands down the best veterinary experience I have had, and I cannot thank them all enough.
I brought my 27 year old Appaloosa gelding to NJ Equine Clinic in October. He was foundering and abscessing, and we could not get him stabilized. I really feared the worst. Dr. Smith could not have been more kind to him, and I am happy to say that he is back home and doing very well. That would not have been possible without Jen Smith's excellent care and that of her staff. Dr. Smith called me every night to advise me of his progress and really partnered with me every step of the way. Eddie is retired, and is just a "lawn or... read more
