I usually don’t write reviews, but the service I got from New Jersey Best Plumbing was excellent. The office staff was friendly, and they arrived right on time. I got a text letting me know who was coming and when they were on the way. Todd explained all the plumbing work to be done. Todd, Jay, and Evan did a great job swapping out our pipes from copper to PEX, fixing leaks, and installing a new toilet, sink, and mixing valve for the water heater. A plumber came to our house quickly and offered us clear options and quotes. We decided to have our water heater replaced. Todd took care of the prep work, checked the water pressure, made sure we could still use cold water, turned off the gas, and disconnected all the pipes. Then Andres worked hard in our cold, dark garage to get the new water heater installed, and took the time to explain all the new features to us. Both plumbers were friendly, honest, and very helpful. New Jersey Best Plumbing showed up within 30 minutes after I called about not having hot water at my place in Irvington. Evan explained that our water heater needed to be replaced, which we had expected. They handled the replacement quickly, and in just a couple of hours, we had hot water again.
