I can’t get ahold of anyone
New Irving Heights is a place u wouldn't want to stay. I had a 2 bedroom appointment . There was problem with roaches big time. Crawling all over the walls ceiling on the beds on the TV. The pest control person kept coming out and what ever he was using didn't work. We use spray ourselves and it didn't do much either. Our front door was off track so bad from weather stripping. this is the worse experience i have ever had it's flying bugs that i can get out my apartment on top of no air i have to sleep in the living room with 4 fans blowing hot air i have complained so many times and nothing do not rent from here i was in a desperate need to move personal reasons and i cry every night because i feel like they knew exactly what they were doing putting me in this apartment
I haven’t actually moved in yet but my experience so far has been great. I worked with Lindsay and not only was she super professional, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. It made my process so much easier. Thank you Lindsay!!
The ONLY reason I'm giving 5 stars is for maintenance man Josh. Yesterday morning I had an emergency where my only bathroom was flooding from the ceiling due to the upstairs unit. I called the emergency maintenance line and josh showed up promptly. He had to work on both mine and the neighbors units, and still managed to treat us with respect and kindness during an emergency. He even went so far as to fold my dirty towels that were used to clean up the water, after he wet vac'd. Maintenance man Josh is the only one who cares... read more
