Did you feel that the counselor's advice was unbiased? Absolutely, they've really help me come to terms with where my problems lie Did this counselor keep your information confidential? Yes, they never gave out any of my information Did this counselor show genuine concern for your situation? Definitely! They were extremely kind and compassionate Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Definitely Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? Definitely

The office staff and general organization is unprofessional at best and unethical at worst. The place is dirty. UA samples are handled anywhere and everywhere. The walls and doors have dirty black marks everywhere. The office staff can be heard calling the clients derogatory names. The turn over rate for counselors is very high, so you will most likely get bounced around from counselor to counselor during your treatment.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this counselor friendly? Extremely Friendly

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

This place is a joke and the staff are incredibly incompetent, RUDE, and uncooperative. Don't waste your time or money at New Insights. Trust me, they provide absolutely no new insights on anything!

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. . They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. There's no chance I would recommend them to others. I didn't get much help with my issues.

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

I was told this doctor was flexible and would work with you. That was far from the truth. I will never go back there for any services. The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. I have a addiction to alcohol and wanted help. If you have no money, don't bother calling them. I left there very frustrated and very unhappy. The waiting room looked very dirty. I left there thinking they didn't care and were just looking to make money. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I can't express enough how unprofessional they were.

Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
