I had a very positive experience. The doctor and staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The eyeglasses I received were perfect, and my wife's eyeglasses were also very nice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a reliable optometrist.
They will overcharge you! They first ask about your occupation, your family, and gauge your finances. Then they will quote you much more than they send to insurance companies. DO NOT come here unless you want to pay a lot more extra!! I’ve asked them about it and said they will credit me my money then the next they charged me MORE on TOP of the said “credit”. GO somewhere that is transparent about pricing and not something about engaging with occupation etc.
I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at New Insight Optometry. The staff was not very welcoming, communication felt unprofessional, and overall the customer service did not meet expectations. As a patient, I expected to feel respected and properly informed, but instead the experience felt rushed and dismissive. I believe professionalism and patient care should always come first, especially in a medical setting. Bought a new pair of glasses. Got home and completely broke, the quality is terrible lol
Don’t go here. The service was very rude. I was excited to get my first pair of glasses. Instead I walked out with nothing.
