I have been going to this barber/Salon for a little over 3 years. They HAD a really great deal where if you get 6 haircuts your 7th was free. Last time I went I got the haircut and presented my card and was told that it is only applied when a certain person was doing my haircut.. so I paid full price and bit my tongue. Months roll by and now I need a haircut so I go there and was told they have a new manager and no longer offer the loyalty card.. So much for loyalty.
