Called after hurricane Ian and Jonathan arrived soon thereafter. He was very professional and empathetic to my and my wife’s situation. It was apparent that he knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was fearful we needed a new roof and he advised that that was not the case. He gave me his personal number and kept in touch with me and my wife through the entire process. He matched the color to our shingles perfectly and it was repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend New Image Roofing for roof repair. Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage in my area and this company was responsive, helpful, a pleasure to work with making a tough situation easier to navigate. Crew was dedicated and hard-working. Cleaned up the work site well. Very pleased.
