He is cancer and I would stay clear of him.

I sent $100.00 to this individual via PayPal for an item on Facebook Marketplace. He confirmed receipt of the $100.00 and said he would send the item via UPS along with the related tracking information. I've never received the item and he has not responded to any of my follow-up requests. I contacted the local Sheriff's office in his area. They did go to his house and spoke with him. As other reviews note, he's now ghosting me and has shut down his company FB page also. I will be pursuing legal action as well.
