If I could leave 0 stars I would, I went for the first time, the service is horrible, I went for a normal pedicure, it was $30 without VAT, the girl didn't even take 15 minutes. The owner literally almost makes you leave 10 dollars in tips and if you don't she gets angry, the polish they put on my nails the next day fell off, it fell off my fingers with a piece of paper, it looked dry. . one place was terrible, they didn't clean my nails properly, some left excess polish on the edges of my nails, I just wanted to save some t... read more

I went to have a pedicure the lady scrapped my feet so hard it ended up breaking the skin. I asked the owner if she could cover the urgent care bill she bowled the worker saying she gets a salary and that she should pay the bill. I decided to go to urgent care but will not charge the worker. I was appalled at the lack of sensitivity and care from the owner. She said her insurance won’t cover and she had nothing to do with the incident when she is the one who owns the business.

Went there to do my nails, equipment was sterilized at all ten nails are peeling from the cuticles to the rest of the fingers and they inches. Went back and spoke to the owner, she asked what can she do for me, no apologies or anything. Anyway I am a skin doctor today.

If I could give a zero I would. This place RUINED my wife’s pinkie nail. She ran out of the front door like a wild Banshee after the guy started filing her gel polish off the top with what she said felt like a harsh sandpaper. Right down to the skin! (Under the fingernail) The nail remained injured for 2.5 weeks. I would highly recommend only buying a gift certificate for anyone you detest.
