Called New Image for a tree trimming service and not only did they accommodate us on a very tight timeline, but did an excellent job from start to finish. I met with the foreman who was super helpful and took the time to listen to our needs and came up with a great plan. Their work was fantastic, but I think I am most impressed on the care and thoroughness of the clean up after - the pool was totally clean and the hardscape was picked up and washed - all without asking!!
The estimator did a great job at walking through my property and provided a fast turn around on estimate. The service was scheduled promptly and the crew took care of everything, as I had relayed on the walk through. The office staff was friendly, responsive. Everything got done as scheduled. My yard has never looked this good definitely recommend.
We signed on for monthly maintenance services a year ago, after they did a great job with an emergency tree removal that had fallen on our yard. It's been the best decision. John and his team are very friendly and get all our requests done. The crew has reported broken sprinklers, wildlife had chewed thru part of the wires, and they repaired our irrigation. Our yard is so nice and my husband and I don't have to worry about making time for our yard at all anymore, so nice!
New Image is a great company, doing 5-star work, friendly staff, and very responsive. I have worked with them for 12 years, and glad to continue.
