We had an awful experience with New Image Landscape and Pools (NILP). If you value integrity, workmanship, and communication please read this review before you consider using them. NILP crews are not supervised for quality. It took NILP 18 WEEKS to build our pool. We’ve spent another 9 weeks fighting to get NILP to fulfill the remainder of our contract and fix workmanship issues (27 WEEKS and counting). New Image is a great general contractor. Their design was awesome and their execution was impressive. Nick Stewart was my designer - Paul and Dave were my project managers. I’m thankful to the new image team. They did our pool, spa, travertine decks and a fire pit.
