My parents went here to get new glasses last week. They were told that their insurance didn’t cover anything and were charged $1500 for two new pairs of glasses. I had my parents cancel the order and told them we would look someplace else. Today at Costco when they checked, their insurance did help cover the cost of new glasses. They were both able to get regular glasses and sunglasses for $350 total. Seems pretty shady that New Image Eye Center wanted my parents to pay and didn’t want to run anything through their insurance... read more

I'm so glad I decided to switch over to Dr. Colvin's care, and decided to take care of myself! Self-care doesn't always feel like a spa day - sometimes it's a thorough and comprehensive eye exam that leads to better diagnosis and better vision and really cool new frames! I'm so grateful for the entire team at New Image Eye Center. They took really great care of me once I decided to take care of myself! :)
