Arlene is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I've been seeing her for almost 2 years (going just once a month since I come from out of town) and have excellent results. I'm having my armpits done due to ingrown hairs and rashes. Even though I have some hair left to be done, I'm already having excellent results- no more rashes and very few ingrown hairs- which she always treats at my appointments.
Very friendly, informative, and knowledgable. Makes you feel very comfortable. Five star with out a doubt.
