Absolutely worst experience ever. Over billing is a common practice, the ladies up front are extremely rude and abrasive. We will never go back to this dentist.
We have been patients with new image dentists for 6 months now. My daughter has gone through her treatment, my daughter, wife and I have been there for our annual cleaning. The doctors are good, but hate the staff. The staff insisted on paying due amount on the date of treatment (In June'15) of my daughter instead of charging me my $50 deductible and sending the bill for remaining amount after insurance settlement, which I did pay on the same day.
