I really enjoyed my day here. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the services will making you feel like a queen! Everyone is so professional and attentive, abs the prices ate competitive. I highly recommend this spa.
My husband got me a gift card here for my birthday. It was amazing. I've never been to a spa before but it was such a wonderful treat. I relaxed awhile in the beautiful waiting area before my massage and then got to pamper myself with all the fun products in the shower after. I'm hoping for another gift card next year!
I wanted to update my review to include that while I have had a few less than ideal experiences, I am incredibly impressed and frankly touched by the level of attention to customer service Michelle (the owner) provided. I am more comfortable expressing myself in text and hate to be "that customer" so I was very grateful when she reached out to me to remedy those concerns via email (after initially talking to me on the phone). I go here often! Just got back from there today. One hour steam bath, whole body exfoliation and scalp treatment. One hour massage with Jason, he was so knowledgeable and stretched my most needed areas out. I have finally found my favorite masseuse! After that I had a 1/2 hour gel pedicure, brow wax and spray tan with Tierra, found my favorite esthetician! My day is complete! Thank you so much for a very needed, wonderful day at the spa!
Calm & Relaxing! Good place to take time away from the world
I absolutely love this place! Such a beautiful, relaxing environment. My husband and I went on a cruise and got a massage while we were on the ship. We left disappointed because we've been to New Image before and have been spoiled. I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else as long as we're close by. Highly recommended!
