They were great working with me on the phone and the guy came out to my work the next day and replaced my windshield. He was really nice and I haven t had a problem with the windshield since. One of my customers was leaving my office and saw the guy working on my windshield and asked me about my experience with this company. I told him it was a great experience and now I think he s going to give you a call to get his window done.
Honestly, my experience was much more satisfying than with Safelite. Within just a few seconds of talking to joe I could tell that I ve called the right place. He took care of me, answered all my questions as well as providing very important information I would not have thought to ask. Joe also contacted my Insurance company making my life much easier and got the green light to get everything rolling. I will now be using this company over any other for auto glass repair. Very satisfied!
Maria is excellent and very helpful. It was easy to do. I called and she explained everything good and then was able to connect to my insurance company. Great service and I am happy it is a family owned company. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs the service.
It was a great experience! The guy showed up at my place, replaced the windshield quick and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be going back if I have another accident.
