me and my grandma have been bringing my dog jake (jake from state farm) here for almost 2 years, May will be 2 years and everyone is super nice & friendly highly recommend them!!
We took our pup Cocoa here for the 2nd time last night. He's getting older (12 years) and is showing signs of age. Dr. DiGrazia is simply wonderful and amazing. We talked about all the things he's been doing and going through, and she took us through all the possible reasons why, and then gave us options for his treatment. She is thorough, has a great demeanor, and is very knowledgeable. The staff is so friendly - asking about Cocoa and engaging in conversation while we waited. And let's talk about that - NO WAITING!!! Dr.Harmon was amazing from the front door. Staff greeted us with attention and smiles. I had a bad experience bringing my pitbull to banfield. So no longer will I bring my dog that we love and treasure like our own kid somewhere that is unfit. First time and forever we stay. Thank you staff that helped and gave him what he needed. Dr. Santora and the entire staff are the most caring and understanding people I know. I wouldn't trust Layla anywhere else...they are the absolute best!
