This was my first visit to Dr Chu's office. Staff was very friendly, Dr Chu was thorough and compassionate, mammogram staff was super helpful and alleviated my fears. I had to change due to insurance, and everything went exceptionally well.

The doctor can turn you away at the front desk when you show up for your appointment ON TIME, because you were not told that you need to show up a whole half an hour early when scheduling because they don't have electronic systems for paperwork. If this is so important that you can be turned away otherwise, it should be communicated verbally over the phone, as well as over text/email. But I was not made aware through any of these methods.
