7.5 minutes. That's all the time we visited. If I could unbook my appointment, I would. The fact that I spent more time in the waiting room than in the exam room should tell you a lot about Dr. Chu. Mind you, this was my first appointment and I was considered a new patient. I would give one star except the front desk ladies and staff were exceptionally friendly. They pretty much forget about you during the NST's and they send the billings to collections waaay before birth, which is when they say it's due in-person. But, the staff and all the doctors were really nice.

Dr. Chu has changed over the years. She used to be so caring but now she just doesn’t care. When you come in she doesn’t even listen most of the time or disregards what you came in to address. She just brushes it off. I remember having a complicated pregnancy and she wasn’t even that supportive, she just had my specialist do all the work and the sad part is my specialist advocated for me the entire time.
