The doctor can turn you away at the front desk when you show up for your appointment ON TIME, because you were not told that you need to show up a whole half an hour early when scheduling because they don't have electronic systems for paperwork. If this is so important that you can be turned away otherwise, it should be communicated verbally over the phone, as well as over text/email. But I was not made aware through any of these methods. 7.5 minutes. That's all the time we visited. If I could unbook my appointment, I would. The fact that I spent more time in the waiting room than in the exam room should tell you a lot about Dr. Chu. Mind you, this was my first appointment and I was considered a new patient. I would give one star except the front desk ladies and staff were exceptionally friendly. They pretty much forget about you during the NST's and they send the billings to collections waaay before birth, which is when they say it's due in-person. But, the staff and all the doctors were really nice.
