I had a wonderful first time experience with New Horizons. The receptionist was pleasant, the wait time was short, and Dr. Reyes-Hailey was friendly and professional. This year was no different. She is personable, patient and professional.

Not only is the office (scheduling/ checking in) experience easy, seeing Dr. Reyes-Hailey is always a delight. She listens to your concerns and offers support and solutions to help. It's like meeting with a friend during the an uncomfortable/vulnerable moment.
