Dr. Reyes-Hailey is amazing. Her staff is great as well. My appointments during my pregnancy were on time. More importantly I felt that I was able to get to know Dr. Reyes Hailey and she always took time to listen to any concerns no matter how busy her schedule. If you are looking for a caring Obgyn then New Horizons is a great. I drove from Phoenix as she came recommended from my toddlers pediatrician. Dr Celina has the best bed side manner ever. She truly makes you feel comfortable and safe, I will be with her forever!
The staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly. I appreciated them letting me know immediately that the doctor was running 40 minutes behind. It was that long before I was seen by Dr. Reyes-Hailey but she was very apologetic and spent as much time with me as I needed.
