The therapist jasmine and nurse practitioner neken are amazing! I’ve had multiple therapists in the past and always felt rushed and misunderstood. But They listened and both took their time. Didn’t diagnose me right away and researched meds before prescribing. I def recommend this office!
I must say that all the staff are so very kind! As for my therapy experience Chris Frka in particular was absolutely phenomenal. What he did is what I call, "Hammering ever nail." This means that he gets to the core of each issue and works with you to build a path to betterment. I really enjoyed my counseling services at New Horizon counseling center. The staff were always so welcoming and accommodating. And the energy there was always very relaxing. Front desk was professional and kind and I was always greeted with a friendly face. My Therapist was Chris, and he was an absolute delight. I actually enjoyed my Monday afternoon sessions and learned so much new insight. Unfortunately my schedule shifted and I was not able to continue attending my scheduled sessions. Please deleted my personal information from your system. I really liked the reviews and services you provide. It was just what I was looking for. But this was not a good start. In therapy you need to be sensitive to the person no matter your position. Employee should not be using a non-company (Husband) phone to do work. And hanging up on a person in need of help is also not a good look.
