I really enjoyed my counseling services at New Horizon counseling center. The staff were always so welcoming and accommodating. And the energy there was always very relaxing. Front desk was professional and kind and I was always greeted with a friendly face. My Therapist was Chris, and he was an absolute delight. I actually enjoyed my Monday afternoon sessions and learned so much new insight. Unfortunately my schedule shifted and I was not able to continue attending my scheduled sessions. Please deleted my personal information from your system. I really liked the reviews and services you provide. It was just what I was looking for. But this was not a good start. In therapy you need to be sensitive to the person no matter your position. Employee should not be using a non-company (Husband) phone to do work. And hanging up on a person in need of help is also not a good look. New Horizons Wellness went above and beyond when I was looking for a therapist for my teenager. Marisol was amazing at helping me. My son enjoys his sessions with Chris.
Chris is my therapist and he is phenomenal! Every session he allows me to freely express my thoughts and feelings. He encourages me to question myself and my thought process, while he also supports my need to advocate and assert myself in a healthy and constructive manner. I have a long history of emotional and mental trauma, but within only 3 months as of now, I have grown incredibly under his caring, patient, and positive guidance. Very happy with my experience at New Horizons. Office is nice and clean. My therapist Alanis made me feel comfortable and has been helpful and professional. Gabriel is always making sure I’m okay and is always available to help with any questions or concerns.
