Stephanie, dealing with all insurance and billing, is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. There have been multiple instances where she has billed insurance incorrectly, or the payments incorrectly, and then blames the client for payments not going through properly. Also forces her employees to tell the clients when they can and can’t be seen (day of an appointment sometimes), causing rifts between the trust and comfortability with client and therapist. She’s 100% in the wrong business.
They literally FORGOT about me. As I was explaining deep childhood trauma to my therapist (she had a “K” name, I can’t recall, maybe Kristin) on a Zoom meeting, she appeared bored, literally applying lip gloss on screen. Well, at the end of our meeting she said she was switching jobs and I would be assigned to a new therapist. Fine, whatever, but guess what?
