Edited from 5star review to 1star. My previous review is bellow. Interesting to see New Horizons responding after over almost a year coming with completely untrue information that my insurance changed and that is the reason for not getting prior authorization despite me calling them about it several times while I was in need of my migraine meds and you never mention that somehow I changed my insurance without me knowing...Sometimes we need to acknowledge our mistake in order to learn from them and also better next time. Dr Asha is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is my physician from last 8-9 yrs. The facility members are also very nice.
