They were able to fit me in to get impressions. I haven’t received the inserts yet to comment on them (impressions were yesterday) The staff were all VERY polite and accommodating!!!
I’ve been seeing Jake. He is very personable and knowledgeable! He looks “outside the box “ to accommodate comfort with your prosthesis! I’ve been a challenge and both, Jake and Brandon, have been very successful with the issues I have!!!!
I was looking for a product that Frontier did not have so they suggested New Horizons which I had never been to before. I am so glad that I was sent there! I worked with Kellie, she is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable, more so than I've seen at any home health or medical equipment place!! I would highly suggest them when or if you need any medical equipment!
