Don't do business with this company!!! By far, this was the worst contractor experience my wife and I have ever had. Dalton ignores phone calls, doesn't return messages and doesn't acknowledge texts. We hired his firm in the fall to landscape our backyard. We were concerned about the grass taking (hydroseed) because of the lateness of the season. Loved the service and quick turnaround from these guys. We rocked our flowerbeds and I am obsessed! Dalton was able to take an idea of what I was wanting and over-deliver with design and service.
Dalton with New Horizons was great. We asked to have someone come talk about landscaping our backyard on a Thursday. They came the next day and had a quote for us Monday morning. We needed to make some changes to fit in our budget and had a new quote the next day that worked. Put our deposit down and got on the schedule. Dalton and his team at New Horizons are true professionals. The work was top notch and completed in a timely manner. This was no small job. Our entire irrigation system needed rewired, busted lines and missing sprinkler heads over several acres. Dalton updated me daily on his progress and completion time-line I highly recommend using New Horizons for any landscape, irrigation and maintenance repair you need done Respectfully Robert Green
