This August will be 10 years I’ve lived here. Amy our property manager has been nothing short of spectacular since day 1. She always listens to me, never blows me off, and goes to bat for us as a community every time. And then there’s Kaleb who has come to my rescue over and over again, and has been consistently supportive and understanding of my needs. Big fan, very grateful:)

I’ve lived here for nearly five years and for the first four years it was great (see original 5 star review below), but since Casto has taken over it has sharply gone downhill in quality of living. They’re planning to raise our rent by over $200 next year (my wife and I will not be renewing) for virtually no reason, maintenance has been very lackluster as well in the past year choosing not to deal with pest issues or general upkeep upon numerous requests, and if that weren’t enough, there was a homicide that occurred in our ... read more

We have been living here for the past 4 years and have had no complaints. The new management has introduced several positive changes. The maintenance team is excellent .There have been no incidents of car vandalism or theft during our time here. The neighbors are friendly, and the community feels safe.
