I've been a patient here over 12 years. I had an appointment today for 9:30 a.m. I normally walk the nearly 3 miles to get here. I was a few minutes behind schedule so I called to say I was on my way...the person on the line said "OK we'll see you soon." When I arrived I was probably 7 minutes late, and the employee told me I would not be seen because they have "no grace period" for patients.
