This place would be great except that we can never get ahold of anyone, and over the past two years any message we have left has not been returned AT ALL. They must be doing very very well to not need the services of future and past patients. They still send us automated calls for check ups but when we call back the phone is not picked up and messages are NEVER answered. If they can't be bothered to care...I can't be bothered to give them my business.
This place is awful. They just treat people differently And They waste your time
called me the night before to let me know WHERE to go and the time of my appointment. i get there and it’s closed as of 8/5. called the office waited for a rep for 22 minutes and was laughed at and she said “no it’s at melrose” likes it’s a joke. never will be making another appointment here. dodged a bullet and coming from the other reviews looks like i’m not alone
