This is the place for you if you want to be treated like trash by the nurses horrible customer service they make you wait 30 mins just to tell you that your appt is canceled
No issues with appointments, but at a certain point my Dr. without any discussion sent me over to a nurse practitioner. No real issue there, just thought it odd. My real gripe is getting someone on the phone when you need them, and good luck with referrals if you use Tricare. I have now missed 3 straight physical therapy initial appointments because they don't understand how to complete the referrals process, even after I had Tricare East contact them directly and walk them through it. I want to thank the staff of new horizons for getting me in for a emergency appointment for my tooth. I also want to thank DR Burppee for his amazing work he done . I was nervous when I first got in the dental chair but the nurse and doctor made me feel at ease. I have no more pain
I wish I could give a negative. My husband went to the dentist and the nurse was rude. Her clothes were too tight. We waited for a long time to be seen. The doctor was very arrogant and a narcissist. We will go back there. They need all new people working there.
