I worked with John regarding our rental house in Colorado. Since I live out of state, it was a stressful situation since we were on a time crunch. John was great, he provided excellent service, had wonderful product knowledge and fit us in really quickly. The floors look amazing and I will be using them again when I am ready to do the rest of my house.
We've worked with John at New Horizons for many years and he and his team have delivered great results every single time. They refinished our master bedroom floor to match the rest of our house and it turned out perfectly. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring needs. John & Seth were wonderful to work with. I had a small project of just replacing a few scratched boards in my floor. I had another contractor quote me a cheaper price, but then didn't have the right tools to take the job. John brought his initial quote down to get closer to the other offer and then Seth did a great job doing the work. I was pleased that they worked with me even though this was a small job for them. This is the second time we used New Horizon Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors. They did an excellent job both times. The workers worked hard for two days, were polite, respectful and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. The final product was excellent.
