We've worked with John at New Horizons for many years and he and his team have delivered great results every single time. John & Seth were wonderful to work with. I had a small project of just replacing a few scratched boards in my floor. I had another contractor quote me a cheaper price, but then didn't have the right tools to take the job. John brought his initial quote down to get closer to the other offer and then Seth did a great job doing the work. I was pleased that they worked with me even though this was a small job for them. This is the second time we used New Horizon Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors. They did an excellent job both times. The workers worked hard for two days, were polite, respectful and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. The final product was excellent.
John and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. They were very helpful and professional. My bathroom is so beautiful and I am very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend.
