On several occasions when I have lab work needed they all have difficulty finding my vein not even Ms. Chavez. The only one that is able to is Melissa. I had an appt yesterday and Melissa called to confirm said they open at 8 but she gets there at 8:30 she could possibly take me early so when I get there at 9 there were 3 ladies in front office where I was informed that Melissa was not there that she promised she was there but had emergency and had to leave went to Pharr clinic so I tell her let Melissa know I’m on my way so... read more
The doctor is truly amazing but honestly the receptionist is in the front is extremely unprofessional and it seems like she doesn’t want to welcome you to the clinic with the face experience. So beware of that.
For Political reasons, I would recommend the office put more educated information or soft music. Sitting in the office lobby and being forced to listen to this crap is upsetting.

**As a patient and former Employee, I’m content to share that consistent poor quality care has lead to re-occurring lack of patients. Management will meet with staff weekly to discuss problems that simply have not been learned in the emr system. They have a “why are you hitting yourself” approach to business. Example, printing pre-populated referrals on their emr instead of handwriting each form by patient that are to be later uploaded.
