For Political reasons, I would recommend the office put more educated information or soft music. Sitting in the office lobby and being forced to listen to this crap is upsetting.

**As a patient and former Employee, I’m content to share that consistent poor quality care has lead to re-occurring lack of patients. Management will meet with staff weekly to discuss problems that simply have not been learned in the emr system. They have a “why are you hitting yourself” approach to business. Example, printing pre-populated referrals on their emr instead of handwriting each form by patient that are to be later uploaded. Management said they started the program two Halloween’s ago and just “didn’t have time” ... read more
