My first several appointments here were great. The staff was friendly, and I felt comfortable with the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly over the last couple of years. They have canceled and rescheduled my already-scheduled appointments three times, and on another occasion, an appointment was made for me without my knowledge, resulting in a missed appointment. Just switched to New Horizons after an unpleasant experience at my prior dentist. Everyone at New Horizons was very welcoming, prompt and kind. I feel very comfortable with my decision and happy that's where I ended up!
Best best dentist!! I just love how nice and respectful they are, how they treat me, the communication and everything! Office clean, staff very professional! I totally recommend this place
I needed some extensive work done and was there for just over 3 hours. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and not having pain. I definitely recommend Horizon Dental.
