When I raised concerns about confidentiality her answer was to discredit me. Based on my experience, I CANNOT recommend her or any facility that uses her services.

You can't schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. You leave a message with a call back number multiple times and no one calls back. You call the compliance number and no one answers nor can you leave a message like it advises you to do. What kind of good management runs an organization like this???
Potential to ruin your credit if you a patient don't do their job. New Horizons Behavior Health of Columbus GA sends labs to clinics without patients' insurance information included and in return patients are sent bills directly from a random company. I have called and even went to their clinic to resolve my bill in any attempt to get their billing department to send my information to correct the error.
