I was maintenance there for 4 months, I was able to get 5 units ready and I loved it very much but the manager there Margarita literally bullied me and did small and spiteful things to me to make my job harder or to just bully me. As a male, I avoided her drama but I wouldn’t recommend working here as long as she’s in management, as far as living there, if SHES managing, she will treat you horribly like she’s done to so many of the tenants. 2/3 of the property hates her and has expressed that to me many times.
This is an awesome place to live and the management is very friendly and very helpful so come on in and see for self...
