I appreciate Sydney the manager for helping get my apartment, provided all the information and costs to move in made everything thing very easy to move in. Glad to be in a nice apartment complex very quiet and nice. Glad to be part of the New Horizon.

I do not recommend living at New Horizons Apartments. The only good thing about this complex is the location. It's very noisy. You'll here your neighbors through the walls and ceiling. Constant stomping, running, ect. Not to mention the outside noise that is almost a constant thing. There is trash all over the property and the stairs are covered in bird poop. Parking, both covered and uncovered is first come first serve and there's not enough parking spots. I've had to park in the neighborhood across the street due to no ope... read more

It's not a bad complex. David and Ana Campos left shortly after I moved in and there is new management. Samantha is pretty nice and patient. Samantha is very on top of things. The people in the complex keep to themselves pretty much. I decided to leave and use my rent for moving elsewhere. When someone comes banging on your bedroom window at 5 in the morning and then proceeds to try to break in, there is a definite problem. I called the police and evidently they were getting other phone calls from neighbors. Before I knew it... read more
