I do not recommend living at New Horizons Apartments. The only good thing about this complex is the location. It's very noisy. You'll here your neighbors through the walls and ceiling. Constant stomping, running, ect. Not to mention the outside noise that is almost a constant thing. There is trash all over the property and the stairs are covered in bird poop. It's not a bad complex. David and Ana Campos left shortly after I moved in and there is new management. Samantha is pretty nice and patient. Samantha is very on top of things. The people in the complex keep to themselves pretty much. I decided to leave and use my rent for moving elsewhere. When someone comes banging on your bedroom window at 5 in the morning and then proceeds to try to break in, there is a definite problem. New horizon isn’t just great for the area or we’re it’s located it’s perfect for the school that rite next door I love it plus they help you a lot I can’t tell how many times they have helped me I been here for 2 years and I do not plan leaving anytime soon if you guys need help reach out to Ana campos she is a boss in the work she does. The only thing that sucks is parking either than that take advantage that they have apartments available. Thank you guys for everything. From JOSE.S
