I believe she was the right therapist for me at the time. Her morning schedule worked really well for me, and she is very knowledgeable. She’s not the perfect therapist (as your mental quirk might wish she was), but she was a good one for me; I definitely wasn’t the perfect client. She is understanding, empathetic, and VERY kind. I recommend her, especially to any BYU or UVU student who is busy during the day
Lars was a great therapist! He helped me through some of the toughest times of a failing marriage. He took the time to listen and ask questions that helped me to make decisions for the better. I am very grateful I was able to learn from him and also be held accountable when needed. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants a therapist that will really help. Thank you for caring so much! If anyone is looking for a therapist, I would not hesitate to recommend the therapists at New Horizon. They do so much more than talk therapy and teach skills that really work. It took me a while to trust that if I would just implement what was being taught, it would really help. After going to several therapists who weren't able to help much with OCD, we finally found Nancy. She is such a blessing. Both my husband and daughter go to therapy with Nancy and she is amazing! I highly recommend her for anyone with OCD and/or anxiety.
Nancy is one of the best therapists I know. She is honest and forthright, and she cares about her clients. She knows better than anyone how to help people successfully overcome the challenges of OCD. I recommend her whole heartedly. Nancy is the very best at what she does!
