Very Professional. They were the best to deal with over the phone, confirmed the move the prior day before I had a chance to call and the movers were on-time and we finished under budget. Moving people were nice guys as well.
New Horizon estimated a ten hour job, but completed it in just over seven hours! They were fast, but very efficient and cared for all delicate furniture and glass. I highly recommend them for your next move!
I was concerned with the significant difference in prices vs other moving estimates I got, but I'm thrilled with the move! I've moved over 20 times and this was by far the best and smoothest! The crew was right on time and great guys, full of personality and humor, they were extra helpful with furniture placement and reassembly. When we arrived at my new place they greeted me with a "welcome home heather!" It was just fantastic from price to quality! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
If I could give the crew from New Horizon a 10/10 I would. They were just great. From Laura who handled the scheduling to the guys lead by Eddie, it was a wonderful experience. Yes, it was wonderful!
As another reviewer wrote, I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars! This company is wonderful! I highly recommend them! We moved from May 30-June 1. We needed to have a moving company that could store ALL of our things for two nights. New Horizon could do this for us.
