THEY NEVER ANSWER
This business, although small has the potential to be a good business. However, the attitudes of everyone here, from the front desk to the owner is terrible. There is a total disregard for customer service. I've done my taxes through Fritz many years, before he left Noah, and he was always professional, even when mistakes were made. Sadly, the new ownership has lost my business and the clients I referred.
