If it was only the doctor, nurses, phlebotomist and pharmacy they would get 5 stars all day everyday. However, the front desk staff could use some improving for sure. I walked in, There were three windows, no signs telling you which window to use to check in. "Doctors" will dangerously prescribe antidepressants/antipsychotics on a hunch without differential diagnoses, a single mention of course options, or risks involved. Due to this, I've developed several life-changing side effects that make living extremely hard. When I tried to consult, I was thrown on other antidepressants and told that my case was "frustrating" and "complex". Thanks New Horizon! You really fixed me! Now instead of being a little down, I forgot how to live completely.
They have it all here every thing just works
I’ve been so disappointed by many primary doctors in the area but this one has really impressed me. The employees are so kind, they’re all so eager to help you. The on site pharmacy is so convenient. I felt like family from the moment I walked through the door!
